Fantastic service, totally recommend. We had to turn off our boiler due to a burst pipe in the upstairs flat which meant the water had to be turned off and this effected our condenser pipeline. The company who fixed the pipe upstairs was amazing so we called the company to fix our boiler. Nick came 3 hrs earlier than expected and sorted the problem within the 30min call out time. The condenser pipe is too long to defrost so he educated us on to solve the problem ourselves if it happens again.

Pleasantly surprised, from booking the appointment, to the boiler engineer letting me know he was on his way and then carrying out the job professionally and efficiently. A quality service.
