Five years ago I found myself in the undesirable position of having an old, failing gravity boiler. Having searched the market to no avail a friend of mine recommended me to Dave Marshall Plumbing and Heating. My friend is a friend indeed as I have never had anything to complain about with Dave Marshall. It's more like more friends catching up than a boiler maintenance check! They always come out when required and accommodate diary changes well. Big names and brands certainly do not have a monopoly on great customer services, Dave Marshall is a shining example of this. At least the boiler is one less worry!
How rude ! Been waiting 3 weeks for somebody to come out , I was willing to wait with 1 broken shower and the other playing up and a quote for a new boiler only to get s TEXT only 2 days before to say they are too busy and can’t offer me another appointment ! Receptionist puts the phone down on me because it’s too early on a Monday morning to deal with ! Then I get a text to say I’m rude and won’t get anybody to work for me in the future ! Unbelievable!
