amazing company. Great staff. Lovely people. and SUPER CAPABLE PLUMBERS. They know what they are doing it. and they fix the problem! Used them not just once but several times, they have never failed to disappoint. Truly excellent, both staff in office and plumbers also, that are deployed.

GREAT SERVICE. This company are very hard working and have a "can do" approach to the job. They are diligent, creative and give great attention to detail. Where many plumbers would make excuses or say that they are busy to avoid work or complex situations, this company get the job done and take responsibility for it. The customer services team are excellent. They are very knowledgable about all the products and scenarios that come up and helpful at communicating ideas, solving problems and scheduling etc.

Very unprofessional, suggested work that didn't need doing and charging an extremely high price £290 + VAT. My guy charged me £70 and fixed it on the spot without the need for any parts. Office staff also unprofessional talking over me. Wouldn't trust them and get a second opinion.

I cannot speak to their competence as the works were never successfully completed but I can comment on their dishonesty and lack of professionalism which has forced me to try and claim back part of the money paid them in small claims. The first time I’ve ever had to take such a step with any services company.

GFL carried out some repairs at our office. Quick and professional service, in addition the price was very competitive. Felt valuable as customer from my initial phone call. I would definitely use them again and can recommend the company.
