Great response, and great work. Emailed on Sunday night, received a call-back very early on Monday, plumber was here within an hour of call. Incredibly courteous, got the job done quickly and bathroom was tidier after he left than when he arrived! Highly recommended.

Avoid. Pricing wasn't made clear on the phone and when I was overcharged and queried the bill, became very aggressive and didn't accept any responsibility. Very unsavoury and awful customer service. Also struggled to understand the engineer, English wasn't his first language - without discussion disconnected my heating timer saying it shouldn't work with the thermostat. It had worked fine for years. Very odd especially considering that wasn't the problem he was called out for! Thank you for your response - I can only assume you are mixing me up with someone else as your information is incorrect and you refuse to listen to a customer query. Nothing is made up. I have simply pointed out the facts as I saw them and you refused to accept them or engage politely in conversation, instead you got aggressive and put the phone down on me. Goodbye.
