He lied, he denied, he walked away. Neil Morris of On Tap Plumbing & Heating Ltd massively inflates the cost of parts, pretends he's doing you a favour by being able to get them cheaper than you can, charged me at an hourly rate of between £516 to £775 for his labour (depending on whether it actually took him 20 or 30 minutes to do the job), then hangs the phone up on you when you challenge him. Truly a 'grab the money and run' merchant who only gets one star because there isn't a 'no-star' rating. Not fit to be in business.
