Trimley emergency plumber-Boiler repair and new boiler

Terrible service and avoid. Was told an engineer would be coming between 1-5 on saturday and at 6.pm contacted them as nobody had arrived or called to explain a delay. Was then told he was on a job and would be here at 8pm (on a Saturday ummmm). 8.30 came and again called as no show to be told he would arrive at 9pm. Being a satuSatu I wasn't comfortable with that and thinking hes had a bad day , accepted his offer of coming at 9am Sunday. 9.45 Sunday....still nobody so called to be told he had a late night and was now leaving and would be with us at 10.30am. No arrival 24 hours later and just called to see what the issue was and was told " it's a bad line so will call you back" Still waiting for even that 30 minutes later" Got the job done by Anglia heating engineers in Acle in the end for half the call out fee ! within a day
