New Generation Plumbing

Nice. Polite. And generous with their knowledge. They fixed my faucet and taught me what to do in case of a water emergency. For a total rookie, like me, that was insanely helpful!

The gas company had cut service to some of my gas meters with no explanation, and my usual plumber was out of town. New Generation Plumbing answered my call right away and Jake was at the door in less than 30 minutes on a weekend. He explained exactly what he was going to do to solve the problem, rearranged his schedule, kept in touch with me over the phone about what was happening, and stuck with it until the gas was back on. This was over the course of a few days and several phone calls to the gas company as they were being very difficult. I am grateful for Jake's patience and willingness to work until the job was done.

I'm getting ready to purchase a new house and looked up New Generation Plumbing on Google. They had 5 stars so I took the chance. Jimmy and Juan showed up to the property and they were amazing. They answered all my questions and gave great advice on future projects. I want to thank them for their hard work. When they ran into an issue they took an extra step to figure out a solution.

Fernando and his colleagues are exceptional technicians! They are professional, highly experienced, thorough and honest. They replaced the main pipe underneath our home and replaced some galvanized piping that was fused to our copper pipes. Hard work, but they got the job done perfectly. I really appreciated Fernando's joyful professionalism. It's important that the experts working on your home are pleasant too, and Fernando and his colleagues clearly love and take pride in what they do. They should! They are really hard working and great guys!

I don't know what's more impressive, their speed, their customer service or professional skills. We had a main sewer line blockage that caused a major mess in our downstairs bathroom (I'll spare the graphic details of our mess). I called them at 630 AM, they had a technician in our house in under 30 minutes. I can't pizza delivered that quick. They diagnosed the issue promptly, made a big hole in our front yard, fixed the problem, cleaned the mess and replaced the lawn neatly by the end of the day. It wasn't cheap but we had a big repair and these guys are worth it. Couldn't be happier.
