Charged $695 to clean main drain. Did not even come into the house even though they were supposed to make sure that everything is clear. Toilet is still overflowing and now they will not return calls. Another plumber told that 695 is robbery for what he did. I am going to lodge a complaint with better business bureau.
We discovered a gas leak in the late evening. Called Rocket early in the morning & they were able to send someone right over. Matthew arrived promptly & immediately determined the source of the leak and repaired it. I highly recommend & will definitely call them again.
From the time they came to the end, they did an amazing job with our garbage disposal. only price was little bit to high.
Beware--their street address is only a mailbox store. I will be coming to protest outside their phony street address on Westwood Blvd later this week. "Chris"came out to relight my water heater for my tenants. (The tenants found this plumber) I'm not surprised they have locations in Chicago. Wink, wink. They are quite "organized" So Chris relit the pilot & 2 days later it went out. When I finally got the receipt from the tenants, I saw that Chris had written that my water heater was 15 yrs old. Total.lie. it was installed new in 2010. So when I spoke to Chris, he screamed at me that my water heater was 15 yrs old & he would only come out to put in a new $1400 unit. He was extremely rude and condescending. He even referred to me as, "Dear," in a demeaning tone. He also hung up on me. The owner ( person posing as the owner- I believe he is just the front man to deal with customer complaints) offered to have another plumber, Jose, take a look. I waited a week for Jose to come. Of course he backed up Chris's story that my water heater needed replacing. He pretended to try to.light the pilot. Bad acting job. I found an honest plumber that was going to replace my water heater, but when he saw my unit, he told me I did NOT need a new water heater. He serviced my unit & gave me a warranty. It's good there are some honest people around, but don't bet on finding any honest people at Rocket Plumbing. They are out to get the most $ they can out of you. Warning they have locations all over Southern California. Avoid Avoid Avoid
