The callout was arranged very quickly, when they arrived they dianosed the problem fairly quickly and got on with solving it. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.
Spoke to the boss (Sam) at Drain Doctor (DD) Cannock. Very pleasant, helpful and understanding of my predicament. on agreeing that DD do the work, I had a call from Technician Kevin to ensure that I was home and that it was a good time for him to call. Kevin sorted the problem with no faffing or messing about. A top lad and a credit to the business. He even explained, after completion, about other area of work that the business could help with. Top marks for great friendly service, done almost immediately and at a competitive cost. Drain Doctor, Your number is now in my book for future needs if they arise.
