We have just had our ancient back boiler replaced with a new combo boiler. Service was excellent. Knowledgeable guys. Took time to clear up after themselves. They ended up having to move a lot of furniture which they replaced with no trouble. Standard of work is excellent. Would definitely recommend. Thanks ????

Had an appointment arranged for 2 weeks - got a text the night before to say they have another job so can’t make mine. Extremely unreliable and I’d work my whole day off around them. Wouldn’t use and I should have read the other reviews about the contact.

Danny is the only plumber who gave a response immediately. Though young, he is absolutely experienced and professional. After a thorough test, he smartly found out what was wrong with of our boiler He gave solid and honest advice on the way forward. We finally got the heat back before the cold days. Would definitely recommend GW Plumbing. Many thanks Danny for your brilliant work!

This review is from Steve and Alison, our boiler stopped working and our usual plumber did not respond nor did 3 others we tried, after 4 days of waiting for call backs we decided to try other heating engineers and gave gw plumbing and heating a call. Graham was very helpful and said he would call on his way back to his depot that evening which he did, he and Danny got us running again but some parts were required as the problem was intermittent so within a week of the call all the parts are fitted and we have a fully working boiler. The service we received was excellent right down to the removing of outdoor footwear without asking. We will certainly be ringing them first in the future. Reading some of the negative reviews nearly put us off ringing but our experience was totally different they delivered what they promised when they promised it

Excellent service from GW Plumbing - the only firm out of five to respond and come immediately to fix a leak. Professional job, undertaken properly. Would highly recommend and will use again.
