The Shepherds have been my plumbers for over thirty years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are a family firm, with outstanding values of customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Their work is always of excellent quality, and - if a problem arises, which occasionally happens - they drop everything to find a solution. They could not do a better job if they tried
