A month ago I contacted Ted (of TH plumbing) as I wasn't very happy about a quote for a boiler from British Gas - the price and the works entailed bothered me. Ted came and looked at the job and after finding out what we wanted and inspecting the works he gave us a competitive quote. It was clear that he really knew what he was doing. We arranged for the boiler to be installed while we were away and the job was done on time with no fuss and to a very high standard. The whole system is transformed - radiators are now actually hot, the thermostat accurately regulates the temperature and the water is hot straight out of the tap. Ted also took the trouble to follow up after the works to check that we were getting on with the new system. I strongly recommend Ted and his team for their competence and professionalism.

My 90 year old mother in law had a leaking tap and overflowing cistern that we only learnt about when we visited for a day. Our call was answered politely and efficiently, the promised call back came within twenty minutes. That afternoon two plumbers arrived and within an hour both faults had been fixed.
