After a bout of various tradespeople not even turning up to quote for jobs/doing poor jobs, my home renovations where becoming overly stressful. I gave these guys a shot as we use them where I work; I have since used their plumbing and electrical services. Most recently had a chap named Steve come to successfully move a radiator and help with a boiler 'crisis', he was friendly and polite and even took his shoes off! Currently planning the final phase of home renovations that will involve instillation of a window opening in a supporting wall and no doubt will turn to them. Initially I liked that they are local but soon found it invaluable having a company I trust that can help with all those bits I can't/shouldn't DIY.

Called to repair my storage heater. Engineer was very polite and efficient. Very fair costs too. Recommended!

Selected this electrician due to good ratings on other sites however it was all downhill from there.. Electrician did not attend the property on the agreed date and time, despite having called earlier in the week to confirm this. Estate agent was left standing around waiting and wasn't able to get a straight answer from the firm. Had to chase this up with the firm who didn't know what was going on and the appointment had to be rearranged for a week later after much fuss. Work was eventually completed and the firm claims to have sent the invoice, however 4 weeks later I still do not have the invoice or the paperwork for the work done. Firm refuses to release the paperwork, causing further delays, until the invoice has been paid but the invoice has still not arrived. Company refuses to discuss alternative options to mitigate the time delay they have caused and offered only an insincere apology for the inconvenience entirely of their making. All in all, so far, not impressed. Would recommend you find another electrician to carry out your works.

THIS IS WHAT SAINTS ELECTRICAL DID TO MY HOUSE...... 1) LIVING ROOM SOCKET - ELECTRIC SHOCK 2) BREAKERS WONT ISOLATE - TURN OFF TWO BREAKERS 3) METEL FRONT PLATE NEEDS EARTH TO BACK BOX 4) WALL SOCKET - RING MAIN WAS IN TWO DIFFERENT BREAKERS 5) IN GARAGE NO CONTINUITY ON EARTH WALL SOCKET 6) ALL EARTH WIRES NEED TAKING OUT WALL SOCKETS 7) ONLY LIVE NEUTREL IN DINING ROOM - NO EARTH WIRES GOING THROUGH 8) SWITCH IN ENSUITE - NO EARTH WIRES - JUST TUCKED AWAY 9) SWICH IN UPSTAIRS / DOWNSTAIRS HALLWAY - NO EARTH TO FRONT PLATE - BACK BOX IS PLASTIC 10) NO EARTH TO FRONT PLATE LANDING PICTURES HAVE BEEN TAKEN...LIVE CABLES LOOSE IN TERMINALS - PULLED FRONT PLATE OFF - 2 X LIVE CABLES HANGING THIS IS THE LIST OF FAULTS FOUND WHEN BOBBY @ SAINTS ELECTRICAL NORTHAMPTON DID ELECTRICAL WORK IN MY HOUSE!! ALSO PLEASE TELL POWERLINK IN NORTHAMPTON (THE OLD MAN) STOP KEEPING PEOPLES CHANGE - GIVE IT BACK TO THEM & DONT ACT FUNNY EVEN IF IT IS 2P OR 5P ITS MY BLOODY CHANGE SO GIVE IT BACK...MUPPET!!!
