We asked for a Quote to refurbish our bathroom and replace the tank/cold water system. A designer called to our house and advised it would be a week till we received a Quote. It is now over 3 weeks later and since then I have phoned to chase the quote, to be told someone would ring me back - they didn't. I then emailed C P Jefferies about a week ago to chase it and didn't even receive an acknowledgement. If the job is beneath them, surely all they have to do is say so, though I would have thought a full bathroom refurbishment would be worth doing. I would recommend you try elsewhere if you want a company who is serious about good service.

Very competent and professional service and always willing to try and help with emergencies. Used for almost 10 years for servicing and repairs and 100% reliable. Polite and courteous engineers. By no means the cheapest but you generally get what you pay for.

CPJ frequently squeeze us in for urgent jobs and always deliver. The lads are great and know their stuff. Only yesterday they managed to fix my boiler SAME DAY within an hour. Dropped some beers into the office for the guys, enjoy.
