I called Carl Neale as l had a leak from my shower that was coming through the ceiling. He returned my call which is more than can be said about some plumbers, he came out the following day first thing and stopped the leak. This was done during the Christmas holiday, he cut his holiday short just to help me out. Great service, very polite, and punctual. thanks Carl l will definitely be using Carl again when l have any plumbing, or heating work that needs doing.
