Alastair did a first class job. Very efficient at every step, with a friendly tone throughout. We had 3 visits in total - an initial inspection with a view to servicing the boiler, but access to the internals of the boiler was a problem and couldn't be completed in the time available (ie part of the airing cupboard needed disassembling to allow removal of the front cover of the boiler). Also a part needed replacing as per the manufacturer's recommendation and had to be ordered. When access was gained on the second visit and the part replaced, he then identified a separate issue with the flue which required a third visit.
Highly recommend. Very honest, did a fantastic job of replacing our antiquated boiler for an efficient new wall mounted boiler. Very polite and thorough, I wouldn't hesitate to have Al and his team back and have already recommended to our neighbours.
Absolutely brilliant service, couldn't have asked for a better plumber. Honest, friendly and efficient!
