Pipeworks Plumbing and Heating

We recently used the services of Shaun to carry work on faulty plumbing in our downstairs toilet and kitchen and have been thoroughly pleased at what he's done. This goes beyond just completing the work professionally and efficiently and at reasonable cost but also where he has taken the time to discuss and provide us with useful advice (and costings) that has helped us to decide on the most appropriate solution that meet our needs for the complete refit of our bathroom. Based on this and from reading the positive testimonials from other satisfied customers, we have decided to hire Shaun to carry out this work and look forward to him turning the plans into reality during January 2019. Firstly, apologies for the late update to my original post but I'm pleased to say that following the complete refurbishment of our bathroom earlier in the year by Shaun we have been very happy with the end result. We are now getting the kind of powerful shower experience that prompted us to make the additional investment in our house in the first place (having put up with the frustratingly weak water flow rate for 2 years since moving in). But more than this, it is great now to have a bathroom that is so much more functional (with the use of space and places to store things), clean and modern looking (we're even wired for sound now with Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling!). It was very good to work with Shaun and we are pleased to have we chosen him to manage the whole project as he was attentive to detail, courteous and professional in how he went about things (this included bringing in plasterers and an electrician). Like any big project there were a couple of little niggles but Shaun was quick to find a solution and rectify. One thing that would have been helpful at the design stage though was to have had the benefit of computer software to help us visualise the layout of the bathroom fixtures and fittings (considering the different options open to us). As Shaun continues to grow his business and well deserved reputation, adding this to his toolkit will take it to another level. Thanks again Shaun.

Shaun did an excellent job refitting my bathroom, creating a beautiful period room full of style and character. He navigated several unexpected problems when meant the walls had to be stripped back to the original 1874 walls and produced such a high quality finish that I have had nothing but positive comments from all my family and visitors. Despite having several unexpected issues we did managed to come in on budget which I was pleased about. Top job ????????????????????????????

Shaun have done a few jobs for me from simple tap changing to complete bath renovation. All jobs completed on time, high quality and to agreed costs. Shaun always goes the extra mile and looks after his customers also very quick to respond to your call. I would highly recommend Shaun.
