Speedy response (twice in one day). Lovely guys to deal with from phone call to service. The two gentleman that came to our house, one was called Jack, did not get the other mans name but could not have been more attentive and willing to help, including liaising with Scottish Water to find a solution to the issue which turned out to be a cracked pipe in the street. Thanks for your help and understanding, would highly recommend!
Cleared the drain very quickly and took the trouble to put a camera down and show me cause. All within the hour. First class.
