Don't even think of using this thieving co.Mr Webster said a straightforward drain to clear. It took 30 mins to put down the powerwashing hose and cost me £180 ...£150 plus vat. No mention on receipt of hourly charge or time job took ! No call out ...certainly made up in astronomic fee ..Truly disgusted.

Terrible service. We initially called out A1 when water started pouring out of the toilet and shower. They did come out quickly and a man arrived and we tried to explain the issue. He didn't seem interested at all in what we had to say but we let him just get on with it. The problem was fixed, we paid £180 for this, until two weeks later when the same thing happened again. When we phoned A1 to get them to come out again, the man apparently reported to his supervisor that we kept trying to tell him how to do his job. They accused us of lying and refused to rectify it unless we paid an additional cost.
