We were without hot water for 3 weeks with a 2 year old child because we were applying for a ECO3 grant to have our boiler replaced for once it wasn't the government that delayed things it was Towy Valley Heating. We were dealing with Tom who decided the best course of action when it came to checking our eligibility was to never get back to us and completely ignore my calls and messages. If you ever need to deal with this company just don't waste your time, find a professional. Towy Valley Heating LTD are a bunch of time wasters.
