Wet 'N' Warm Plumbing, Heating & Gas Engineers

These guys were appointed contractors to sort out various issues in our house. They arrived on the dot at 8am to sort out a number of jobs including the central heating. It's an old system and they were determined to make it work properly. As I write this review, they're still here at 9.10pm - a 13 hour shift, ensuring everything is working correctly. A very professional team and i can't recommend them highly enough. Good plumbers / tradespeople are hard to find. This company is excellent and deserves a 5* review

Wet n' Warm were the second service provider sent by our insurance cover service to come out to repair the Water Heater in our J & S Warm Air unit. The first having just looked at the unit and saying he wasn't trained on this appliance (so why was he sent?). Wet n Warm engineer arrived next day and the engineer had the presence of mind to bring with him a control unit which proved to be the faulty component. The job was completed with half an hour and we had hot water again. Great service, polite and very competant staff.

Very rude customer service and I've seen their drivers texting on the motorway multiple times.

Rubbish service, I called to book a plumber, was offered an appointment the same day between 1pm and 5pm. Andrea asked for photos to be sent to her of the various problems, sent all pictures by email. I waited until 5:20pm, still no plumber. She said she had been awaiting a quote and had emailed me. I had not received any emails from her, instead of her following up her email with a phone call to ensure I received the message, I was sat waiting. Poor There are other plumbers within Sheffield.

Unprofessional company, ignored emails, no response to a job interview. Nob heads!
