Phil and his team supplied and fitted our multi fuel burner. From start to finish was approachable and professional. Had a few different lads throughout the fitting and each one was polite and obviously happy in their work. They cleaned up after themselves throughout the fitting. Price was very comparable and they offered suggestions that we went along with that turned out brilliant. Would definately use Paylings again and recommend to anyone needing a trustworthy service.

He fitted a new boiler about 5years ago recently I had an engineer from ideal to come and look at it he said the flue ring had not been put in properly and to get in touch with Palin's to come and rectify the problem which I did which was in October and Ian still waiting for him to come
