I called Friday for service and was told they were busy all day but if they couldn't make it they'd come out the next day! Well, here it is Saturday at 7:07 PM and they haven't called or responded to the message I left on their answering machine. I will never call them again.

two appointments two no show and not even a phone call. when I called the owner jerry he told me to go look somewhere else. always blame the customer especially when you re not professional. unfortunately zero star is not available to post a review.
I have nothing good to say about this company. They installed a new water heater in our home and the overflow valve immediately started leaking. They came back out and replaced the regulator at the street and the valve on top of the heater. Still leaked. Called them back 4 times and they would not return our calls. Brought in Gilson's Plumbing, turns out that they crossed the hot and cold lines at the top of the water heater, and used a nipple intended for a gas line to replace the valve on top of the heater. It was only 4 months ago but the nipple had rusted completely through. I wouldn't trust these guys to walk my dog.
