James came to investigate our leaking kitchen pipe the moment he finished his current job and instead of offering to do a hatchet job like one of my previous plumbers, he insisted the kitchen cupboard needed to be cut away to be able to do the job properly. He then showed me the extent of the previous poor job that had been done due to lack of easy access. Although he couldn't fix it on the spot, he turned off our water supply so as not to damage things further and went out of his way to return mid-evening and get the job done so we weren't without water. Really nice chap, and he gets the job done properly without cutting corners and shows you exactly what the problem is. I highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend James highly enough. He did a fantastic job of the plumbing works in our flat and he was so friendly and approachable. He turned up exactly when he said he would which I have found is very rare for plumbers! He's saved us from leaks and water damage and the work is always of a very high standard.
