We had Ken quote for a complete ensuite make over. He was the most expensive of the three quotes we had £2600 just for labour and grout we were suppling the suite for 6 days work. We THOUGHT he seemed the most knowledgeable and decided to go with him anyway. It then proceeded to take a week of trying to get hold of him to book in for the job (I should have been suspicious at that point!) eventually he answered and said he had been to busy to reply to my answerphone and text messages. The earliest he could fit us in was 8 weeks time 05/12/16. My wife booked the week off of work to be there while the work was being carried out. So the Day comes and no sign of Ken. I have tried calling and text but no response! We were really looking forward for this to be ready for Christmas and not to mention how annoyed my wife is wasting a week off of work. Please don't waste your time with this guy and fall into the trap we have.
