John and the chaps really care about their work, respect the fact that they are in your home (removing outdoor shoes without being asked), work cleanly and efficiently with minimum disruption. They also offer excellent advice. I cannot fault them and am confident in recommending them.

I really cannot fault Flowtech at all. Before I found these guys I had tried other companies but none had been as reliable. John and Brad are professional, polite and always leave the place clean and tidy. I have also called them out in an emergency and they came immediately and fixed the problem.
