Anthony dismantled our cistern and replaced fill valve and discharge mechanism. This wasn't a straight forward job as with everything in our hell of a house and can see why many tradesman have never called back to complete works. Anthony persevered with all the problems he was faced with professionalism and a lot of patience. He assured us that he would get this fixed for us and that he did! He gave us a very reasonable quote and gave full explanation of what he was doing. He really grafted and didn't even stop for a brew! Removing the cistern from the wall and removing the corroded wing nuts was a challenge on it's own, let alone having to run up and down our extremely steep staircase. After 4 and half years of not having a fully functional working toilet, and failing to find a quality trustworthy tradesman, Anthony really did impress us. We will be contacting him again for future plumbing work and noticed that he also provides a handyman service.
