Cosywarm

Came, said the shower was broken and he'd 99% be back to fix it same day. Took my number to let me know if any problems arose. Obviously he didn't come back, nor did he call. Doesn't value customers and just a waste of time. Response to comment below: no, I am confident that unless there is another Cosywarm in Sheffield then my review is correct. It was my landlord who arranged for you to come so you wouldn't have my name on file.
