FIRST CALL GAS

First rate service and very timely repair despite mine being a very old boiler. Excellent advice too. Wish I'd switched many years sooner than I actually did.

Having bought a new house after 1 year the boiler was losing pressure every day ... Not sure who to trust I decided to call a local company (having seen the vans out and about in the area) really pleased I did. Very responsive on email conversations and arrived when promised. No messing around and fixed at the cost of the initial call out fee- no sales pitch to persuade us to get a new one - in fact said how good it was and how it looked in very good condition! Nice genuine guy too. Would use again! So pleased to help a local company too.

Quickly and reliably. My boiler is working again, without persuading you to exchange or unnecessary additional services. I recommend.

Lousy customer service. Booked with this company for a boiler service weeks in advance only to be disappointed with a cancellation on the day claiming they can't send an engineer out all week. They were not accomadating at all. Must a company with a one man show and a rude receptionist. Also complained to corgi home plan.
