Arrived within time stated and completed the job professionally. Would recommend without hesitation.

I called Plumb London urgently this morning after problems with my taps and needing to turn the water off to my flat. I was informed an engineer would be with me in a suitable window of time. Plumb London kept me up to date with the arrival of the engineer and once arrived, he was a quick, efficient and he solved my problem. With reasonable and affordable prices, I will definitely be using Plumb London in the future!

Update: issue was due to a typo at their end. Refund promised. Their email needs fixing but I’ve upgraded to 4* based on the engineers The engineers were quite good. However I was then overcharged £60 against the invoices I've been given. The company are not responding to email queries so I've had to arrange for my bank to prevent further deductions against my account. You give your card details before the engineer arrives which I don't mind. However there are then 5 separate transactions none of which matches an invoice amount (I only have two invoices). There could be an innocent reason for the way I've been charged but in the absence of a response from the company I have to assume it's to confuse so you aren't aware how much you've been charged. On this basis I have to recommend choosing a different plumber. This is a shame because as I said the engineers were good

Good communication. Confirmed where leaks in toilet were coming from. Explained what he would do. Told me how much it would cost. Got the job done.
