My brother is a Laguna Beach resident who called for some late in the day emergency repairs to a broken toilet. Dave showed up on short notice and was so very helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. He knows the beach communities well and knows all about the older plumbing systems common to older homes of Laguna. My brother was so very relieved to have a company and a person like Dave to bail him out. He highly recommends calling them first if and when you should need professional and affordable service!

Dave is a true professional. We had another Plumbing company come out and tell us the job would take most of the day and we would need to spend sever hundred dollars on a new pump. Dave came out and had our sump pump working in a few minutes. He also fixed our bathroom faucet. They are honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

These guys are responsive and efficient, and it's fitting they are across the street from the Water District in downtown Laguna Beach. They are a deserving mainstay in the community, and remember their customers. So I should not have been surprised that Dave and Bernardo remembered replacing my water heater 10 years ago, after showing up yesterday to fix an unrelated leak. Like some of my neighbors, I like to try take care of things myself first. But when confronted with a cracked bathroom drain pipe, I did not want to test my limits. Fearing the worst, I texted Dave a picture of the problem. He promptly responded with alternative scenarios and gave me a reasonable price range; and then he and Bernardo worked around their schedules to show up the next day. They were very fast and, of course, had the tools to do a 1.25" tap on the drain pipe. Noticing a slow drain, they offered to snake the pipe and eliminated my need to keep buying Drano. Fortunately the job fell on the low end of Dave's estimate, and it was well worth it for the headaches and costs avoided. I'm happy to recommend Benson Plumbing highly for their excellent service and dedication.

Quality work for a great price! Woke up this morning and my main drain pipe was clogged. I called Benson Plumbing and within an hour, they arrived. Great service and I would definitely recommend!
