First class. Phoned Alan on Wednesday evening to explain the problem (no hot water coming out of bathroom sink tap). He said he was semi-retired, but still carried out smaller jobs, and would be here at 10am the following morning. He arrived exactly on time, worked quickly, and fixed the problem. Excellent job. Thoroughly recommend :-)
