Excellent workmanship from Mark I think he was called who fitted our Worcester/Bosch boiler yesterday. Full of a cold but kept him going with Lemsip! Clean, tidy, polite and a grafter - was there all day bless him. Bit of a nightmare getting the old boiler out (as was in a cupboard) but he managed it in the end. Thanks a million to all at S&M Heating & Plumbing - would say hope to see you soon but in the nicest way, not for a long time, only at service time. Thanks guys, you're the best
