Absolutely brilliant. It was an emergency call for a leak in the shower. He came in short notice and fixed same day. I would recommend to anyone for his great service.

We’ve recently bought a property which needed a boiler replacement. Unfortunately we were let down by the plumber we originally had (even though this was a trusted family friend). I came across Mo the plumber from touchwood heating through a friend who’s brother has used his services. Mo pretty much came round straight away and did a thorough investigation of what was needed. He paid particular attention to detail giving me many options and possibilities. We were changing from an old water tank boiler to a combi system. Which required installing a gas line from the porch to the airing cupboard upstairs and also installing 3 new radiators onto an old system. No easy Job! Mo came across extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly he cared about what the house would look like with exposed pipes and did the very best to keep them hidden. He was punctual, worked long hours, very friendly and caused absolutely no bother. To add to this he was very reasonably priced and seemed to take genuine pleasure and pride in his job. I would certainly recommend him and will be using him again. What a fantastic guy.
