Just been visited by Mark James senior technician. After two previous plumbers and drain specialists had failed to locate or clear the blockage in our kitchen, Mark came to our rescue. He was very polite, extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything very clearly before setting to work and kept us informed as he worked. His knowledge and persistence paid off and we now have full use of kitchen amenities once more. A credit to the business and his trade. Thank you once again for your service. Highly recommended. Jordan attended my work site today and after investigating the issue he successfully completed the job. He went the extra mile and attending back to site after initially saying he was unable to carry out the work today, I explained to Jordan how urgent it was and that it needed to be fixed today. Had what I thought was a small issue with backing up drains, Drain Doctor sent out Jordan Redden to solve the issue for us and he was brilliant. On the first visit he cleared everything out and used a camera to investigate the problem, our underground pipe was damaged, so he arranged a day to some back and fix it. He came back with Jensen, and again both were brilliant, explained the whole process and let us know what they were doing and showing us the problem. Overall great team, from first phone call to sorting out the paperwork everyone I dealt with was a delight. Couldn't possibly recommend the company more!

Cannot fault this excellent service, would recommend. Came out on same day to unblock the outside drain for the downstairs loo. Very efficient and professional from inspection and diagnosis to work carried out. Many thanks to Dave Thomas.
