I've been using Martin on several bathroom refits. He knows his stuff and will recommend all the options available. Explains everything from start to finish and if you don't quite understand he'll come out and see you (even at 8pm!). Friendly, honest and most of all reliable!

We recently had a radiator moved for us by East Midlands Plumbing & Heating (who we found through the Which? Trusted Traders scheme). We were really impressed with the service: Martin came round to give us a quote promptly and was able to undertake the work quickly. We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the work. Not only do we now have a radiator in a better position, but our system was given a bit of tune up and now works significantly better! Our house is now a lot warmer and we no longer sit shivering in the dining room :) We will definitely be using them again, and would heartily recommend East Midlands Plumbing & Heating without hesitation.

Just bought my first house and as a young women was dreading calling out tradesmen with the fear they’d try rip me off... but I was pleasantly surprised when Martin came and gave me a honest genuine quote, throughout the whole process Martin looked after me even when I was changing my mind and adding extra things daily!
