i would give this business a "0" rating but the option isn't there called this business to try book a plumber which could have potentially turned into something great for there business as we are a big hotel & need a regular plumber, great business for them, the guy on the phone was a absolute grump not helpful or friendly. not to worry we will take our business elsewhere. Steer clear look else where plenty more plumbers in Taupo.
