Highly recommended, we have converted over to gas hot water heating and the work done by Hugo was of great quality at an affordable rate, we have since then had him come connect our gas kitchen stove top as well.

I found Hugo to be extremely helpful recently when I discovered I was out of hot water due to a broken element in our hot water cylinder which was located in the ceiling of our house, I needed him to drain the cylinder before the electrician could replace the element. I rang him and he answered straight away and was able to come to look at the job first thing in the morning. He called me to arrange a time to meet and he was on time. He was extremely helpful in finding the issue to be the responsibility of the builders who hadn't installed the drain to the cylinder and had not put in the outlet to the outside of the roof. He was able to instruct me what to do and what to find out from the Council to locate the plumber responsible. He kept in contact with me all day until I finally had a resolution with the other plumber. he was even willing to change his jobs around to fit us in if the plumber wouldn't come to the party. I can't thank him enough for his help and expertise and going out of his way to help. I would recommend Hugo and Water Craft Plumbing to anyone. Would certainly use him again.

Hugo from Water Craft Plumbing upgraded our low pressure HWC to gas mains pressure. He was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, he gave us great guidance when he visited to give us a quote for the work which we found very useful when determining what / how we wanted to do things. I had a blocked Stormwater drain which Water Craft plumbing came over and unblocked. I found them to be very efficient and helpful and they explained what they were going to do. Quoted price was very reasonable.
