We fitted in after Christmas your requirement to have a tray installed under your cylinder at a time that suited you This had to be custom made at no cost to you Your Hot water cylinder is in the middle of your house therefore we could not install a drain The custom tray cannot work as required and is not a requirement as per master plumber association requirements in your situation

Have not been in to the shop but I don’t think I ever will. I was abused by one of the workers there while driving out of a car park picking my daughter up from daycare. By mistake I didn’t realise he was trying to close the gate and it appeared I went around him at the same time. I could see why he was frustrated as it looked like I was being impatient but it was the end of the day I was tired and actually didn’t mean to. However really didn’t appreciate him screaming at me and banging on my car with my little baby inside who was startled. I apologised three times but he kept screaming at me. It was quite scary. Not a nice experience.

Had a new water cylinder installed recently. Paid in full the first day. Found something unsatisfied. As their quote is very high, they agreed to resolve the things that I was not happy with. However, they refused to give me a break down list of the invoice ( is this legal?). And I can only clearly see that the cylinder price alone is NZ$300 higher than the price at Mitro 10. In the future, I will think twice and not make the same mistake I had.
