Helensville Drainage

Called for quote for drain unblocking, after visiting site was quoted $280 for 2-3 hours work. The job was done in less than an hour and was still charged the same amount. On questioning this the company owner became verbally very agressive stating that it was a fixed rate fee and not indicative of time (this was not conveyed during initial quote). He also stated that the time to visit the site and provide the quote was included in the price (so not a ‘free quote’ as advertised). On a positive note the job was completed well and in very quick time, but in light of poor customer service I would not recommend them

Had a new soakage field put in for a sanitary system which is a substantial job. All seems to be working fine after 2 weeks. Moreover, the service was excellent and Chris has outstanding knowledge and is committed to a quality result. Price was competitive and no extras were added despite the job having some unanticipated (weather related) challenges which required an extra day. Thoroughly happy and fully recommend Helensville Drainage..
