We have used the great services of Richard Rea Plumbing now for many years. Dean and the team have just finished a full renovation of our main bathroom. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. Our new bathroom is amazing. They listened to all our requests and the whole process was very stress-free. Dean also coordinated the whole bathroom work including the tiler and electrical work. Everyone was very professional, prompt, tidy, very helpful and most friendly to have in our home. As always we would thoroughly recommend Richard Rea and the team. We had to use the services of Richard Rea Plumbing previously and were impressed with Richard when he came to sort out the issue with our toilet. So when our hot water cylinder did not work we automatically chose to contact them again. I told Laura what the problem was and she suggested that it may be best for me to contact an electrician, and she gave me the details of a company to contact. (Christchurch Electrical). It did end up being an electrical issue, so I was impressed that Laura did not just send someone out and then charge me to tell me to get an electrician, and to also put me onto a company that also gave friendly and professional service. I hope I do not have any plumbing emergencies for a while but if I do I would definitely contact Richard Rea Plumbing again.
