Peter Diver Plumbing & Drainage

Not a good experience with this company, repaired a leaking water pipe on our driveway but the repair only lasted a short while, so we used another plumber who successfully fixed the problem. As well as the plumbing repair not being up to standard, neither is their office admin, 3+ months later they rang to ask why we hadn't paid the bill which they'd sent to an address we hadn't lived in for 5+ years. It's not rocket science to check a billing address when scheduling a job and it's surely not too much to expect them to fix the problem first time.

I called Peter Diver, but Canterbury Waterblast turned up instead. A sister company apparently. Appalling service! Whats funny though is that the common response to bad reviews at both Peter Diver and Canterbury Waterblast is "I have looked for you in our system but cannot find your account". BS! This is the same review I left for Canterbury Waterblast..... They waterblasted my drains, left gross debris around my property. A week later they waterblasted my neighbors property and left that in a mess also. Apparently thats normal.  If you know drain debris is going to be pushed up to the surface, wouldn't you take steps to contain it?  And if it is coming up to the surface, thats surely evidence that it is not going where it is supposed to be. They had no idea that the call outs to #32 and #32a, just 5 days apart, could be connected in any way. During the customer service call i just had with them, nothing is their fault, and my neighbour should have advised them that they had recently been to my propety, I should have advised them of the mess they left sooner, even though its dark when I leave for work and its dark when I get home. I am stunned by their refusal to accept their failings. They won't split the bill between my neighbour and myself, they have agreed to wipe his bill, making it my responsibility to ask my neighbour for part payment.

Shower repair excellent advice from plumber and top work from a very pleasant gentleman highly recommended thank you very much. Update I now have a shower that works properly with tons of pressure i paid another firm 18 years ago several hundred dollars to fix this shower and get me decent pressure and it has been up till now pathetic. well done that tradesman from Peter Divers

Very unhappy with the workmanship and total cost of the job. I have been using this company for quite a while now but this will be the last. Plenty of better/more professional plumbing company's out there.

Master plumbers? More like master bs artists. Way overpriced and unprofessional service. Yes the plumbing issue was fixed (after two return visits for not resolving the issue the first two times) but for the price and the stuff around it's just daylight robbery. Will not be using Peter Diver plumbers ever again and will be advising all friends and family to do the same.
