Terrible service. Simple replacement of a gas heater took over 5 visits and 3 weeks to arrange. When the replacement came they tested it for carbon monoxide and told me that there was no reading. The heater stunk like gas and clearly something was wrong. They denied that anything was wrong with it. I got a second licences gas plumber to take a reading and they got a carbon monoxide reading that was enough to kill a person if left untreated. Sunraysia heating and cooling put my life in danger and were very blasè about the whole situation. Would not trust these guys to touch anything in my house again.
Purchased 2 Rinnai controllers on EBay great value for money, received in 3 working days by post :)
