Arrived promptly and resolved a straight forward hose tee piece leak. Charged $440 for 1hr 15min labour, $49 call out and $68 for parts. Total $557. Thats $352 per hour. The plumber I used last week charged $85 per hour for a more complex job, and provided excellent service. I'll be using the other plumber in future. In response to your reply: You may recall that I raised the issue of being overcharged at the time you gave me your bill and you were not open to discussion. If now that this has been raised on a public forum you have a renewed interest in reviewing your pricing, then feel free give me a call. Your invoice number was 0500. My contact details will be on your invoice. In any case, I hope this offers some incentive for you to charge people fairly in future, especially those that are more vunerable such as the elderly.
