O'Brien Plumbing Gympie

We asked Tim to write us a quote to have some repairs done. He did come to the house however after several phone calls from both myself and my mum and weeks later, still no quote despite promising to email us. I would have appreciated the honesty if Tim didn’t want to do the work or was too busy to do the work. Communication is the key and if he had communicated openly and honestly with us about whether or not he was actually able to complete the work, instead of ghosting us and ignoring us, then perhaps I wouldn’t feel compelled to write this review. Sadly, there was no communication at all. Not even professional courtesy to update us on what was happening or to tell us that he wasn’t able to do a quote. We have had to seek another plumber and hopefully the next plumber is more professional than Laser Plumbers Gympie.
