2 bathrooms in dire need of renovation. We had 2 inspections by the builder & tiler then after countless phone calls over 2 months trying to get our quote & lock in a start date we were referred, via text message, a different builder for the job because they were too busy. Hopeless communication & a complete waste of time.

Came and quoted a new hot water system within hrs of my call and it was installed by 11am the next morning. Excellent service

my heater is not fixed - but i was still charged $100+ ! not a happy customer In response, the fault code was there; I even messaged the technician a video of the fault code flashing the same evening after he left. And I tried to explain what the issue was i.e. the heater reaches a certain temperature then cuts off. I felt like the guy thought I was making it up! Zero trust to engage Laser Plumbing again for that heater or anything else. Long story short, I paid that bill - I still have to find someone who actually knows what that fault code means, and will actually fix the gas heater - and I will again have to pay for it.
