Easter Sunday...Came home to water in the basement and hot water tank leaking...called All City after reading a few reviews online...Mike quoted a slightly better price than the competition (it also was the same price it would have been if hadn't been an emergency). After checking in with his wife about how long he had till company came over for Easter Dinner (Smart man!), confirmed he could replace it and would be over in an hour. Mike was professional, friendly, knew his trade inside and out, identified an unexpected but real issue and was able to take care of that as well. Called Mike today, for a broken water heater. He was super accommodating and came out to my place, which is outside the city. He did a fantastic job. Very professional, and his work is super efficient. I think he is one of the best if you want the Job done right.
my hot water tank went out on me and living outside the city and in a trailer home it can be hard finding places to come help. all city was more then willing and within a few hours of my call i had a new hot water tank installed.
AVOID! Very rude & condescending like the other reviewers have stated here. Would not recommend at all!
Speedy and fast service. Our water tank wasn't working, we called and they were here within an hour and had replaced our old water tank. They were in and out within an hour. Friendly service. 100% reccomend that you call All City Water Heater Service.
