Shorty's recently installed a new air conditioner and furnace in our home. They did a very neat, efficient job and returned after installation to make sure everything was working perfectly. They arrive exactly when they say they will. The installer Shawn and his assistant were great. Tyler, who has also been here for jobs is also extremely personable and hard-working. The office staff are really pleasant too and ensure that when you contact Shorty's that you get service as soon as possible. Just a very well-run company, we highly recommend them.

I made an appointment with Shorty's for the end of May, to review how to start the A/C . One does not just remove the winter covering and flip the switch to on. I believed it was wise to have a PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, technician preform a PROPER inspection of the A/C for worry free operation through the hot Winnipeg summer months. The technician arrived PROMPTLY within the appointed time. Tyler was PATIENT and provided a rational for my few technical questions. I inquired about the fall shut down for the A/C and the Furnace start up, to which he replied, Shorty's would call before the winter season and inspect the Furnace, hopefully, for worry free operation through the cold Winnipeg months. Shorty's is now on my list of ''go to'' establishments for satisfied service.

We needed a new air conditioner and also decided to get a new furnace at the same time. We had 3 quotes from different companies. We did not choose the cheapest, but the one we felt more comfortable with. Greg explained things and was also able to get us an appointment for installation within a couple of days (wonderful surprise) as the hot weather was upon us. We appreciated the installers, Shaun and Bar, for the work they did to install and clean up when done. Our inspection with Hydro passed with flying colors. Thanks again Greg for taking care of us so quickly.

Same day service for an emergency toilet replacement! Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I have used two well known plumbing companies in the past, but this experience was by far the best. Fair pricing too!
