Gerhard Weise Plumbing

We've used Gerhard Weise Plumbing ever since we bought our first condo in 1999. Now we live in an old house and as a result need them at least once a year. Staff and plumbers are always pleasant and efficient and are dog-friendly. We've used them for all kinds of things--clogged drains, installation of additional spigots, new toilets, complicated shower clog, new water faucets, washing machine.....they're always great! They're really good about letting you know when they can actually come and if they encounter an emergency that will change the time they arrive at your house. They're reasonably priced, easy to work with, and honest. Highly recommended!

Utterly terrible service. Received a bill from them but without any instructions on how to pay it. Called and spoke with someone regarding this multiple times, each time had to take down all of my information, and was promised a callback, which never happened. Also emailed regarding how to pay the bill, again no reply. When I finally got a callback, it was to try and schedule another appointment which I never asked for, and again could not help me on paying the bill.

We've used Gerhard Weise for years and they've always been friendly and reliable. They did a bigger job for us a couple years back—repairing a broken sewer line—and the work has held up fine.

Poor service. Plumbing issue is much worse than before they came out. Called multiple times to request that the issue be corrected. No one called me back.
