Good response time. Our emergency was so gross that I didn't even ask for a quote. The plumber was at our doorsteps within 2 hours. The issue was fixed that same day! The total bill was reasonable for an emergency job. Quite satisfied.
Called for service on a Saturday night. Receptionist was professional, but probably from a generic answering service. Couldn't get help for sink/drainage problem unless we had an account already established. Also the company that answered was called Synergy Plumbing (not Plumbers Vancouver). Don't waste your time if you need home service outside of business hours. These guys won't help you. In all fairness, the probably deserve the five stars for bigger projects/problems...I think my problem was too small for them to care about.
